What is processed and why

Your cart is stored only in your browser (local storage) and holds nothing but work references and quantities.
Recipients and processors
- Stripe — online payment;
- Vercel Inc. — hosting, bot protection and cookieless audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics);
- Neon — database;
- Resend — transactional emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (notably in the United States); such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Retention
- Orders and invoices: 10 years (French bookkeeping obligation, art. L123-22 of the Commercial Code);
- Email exchanges: 3 years after the last contact;
- Technical data: a few weeks at most.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies and no trackers that require consent. Audience measurement is anonymous and cookieless.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to its processing, under the GDPR. Write to phrrrtem@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or the authority of your EU country.
The French version of this policy prevails.
